If you own multiple properties within Grand Elk and they are under the same ownership entity, then that property is considered a secondary property. All secondary properties are $60 per month. As a Grand Elk Property owner you have access to the Club Rendezvous Alpine Club at the Base of Winter Park. There is an additional $500 per season fee for that. You have ski and snowboard storage for the season, complimentary beverages, use of the Club and changing areas.
