"Seller's comments: We have a unique property for sale that is both "away from it all" and conveniently located on a county road with a sense of rustic community. It is bordered on the east and north sides by CR 50, our property on the west and a 147 acre gated community on the south. It is in an area where the forest is mixed with various conifers and abundant aspen, some of the largest in the county. The property includes a wetland area that feeds seasonal run-off into the Spring Branch Creek which feeds into Crooked Creek.
